I have always had a love for food, the way it can effect us physically, emotionally, and the connection it has with our daily life. We all have our own individual and unique ways of living, views on health and nutrition and consume different foods due to our heritage or country we live in. All of these factors come into play and there is no right or wrong. Every country has their healing foods and traditional medicine and it is incredible learning about each one.
Through out all healing traditions there can be one familiarity, and that is the encouragement to connect with your own individuality, your own body, and it’s unique wants and needs. This is why understanding and connecting with your own body is so important. It can literally tell you what it wants or needs if you continue to implement this practice of self connection.
I have made it my purpose to provide individualised support that combines not only naturopathic nutrition but a focus on one’s emotional and spiritual bodies. This connection with self allows for deeper understanding of your own journey and to provide long lasting sustainable changes in all aspects of your life.
I have a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine (2008) and I am currently undertaking further training in Ayurvedic medicine, Reiki, Charka balancing and Yoga therapy in 2020.
